Training Program, ECORTC is committed

providing high quality culturally-responsive, family-
centered, job
-related training for child welfare staff and
foster and adoptive parents in the ten
counties served by the
region.
ECORTC proudly services child welfare staff and foster
caregivers in the counties of Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey,
Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble, and Tuscarawas. |

In cooperation with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), the Public Children Services Association of Ohio (PCSAO), and the Ohio's University Consortium for Child and Adult Services (OUCCAS), the staff of ECORTC has provided competency-based training since 1986.
