Staff Training Registration:

Step 1:

Review the NCORTC quarterly at-a-glance staff calendar:

In an effort to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus, CCDCFS, NCORTC and OHSTS has suspended the offering of all training for staff, supervisors and caregivers at the Westshore Professional Center and Adoption Network.  At this time, we plan to resume training classes on April 13th.  Thank you for your time and dedication to child safety and well-being.

Step 2 for E-Track Community*:

If you are part of the E-Track community*, review the E-Track Quick-Start Guide to see how to easily register for training in E-Track using the learning codes provided in the calendar. Or, if you are already familiar with registering for training in E-Track, proceed to the E-Track login page.

*The E-Track community includes: PCSA caseworkers and supervisors; all assessors; publicly-licensed foster caregivers; and all adoptive parents

Step 2 for Outside Guests:

If you are not part of the E-Track community, you are still able to attend NCORTC training as a guest.  This includes PCSA staff who do not have E-Track log-in privileges, retired PCSA staff, employees of community partners, and foster caregivers licensed through private agencies.  To register as a guest, use the web form below (NOTE: this forms is for GUEST USE ONLY):
