Training attendees will be notified regarding their acceptance into a class within 48-72 hour after they have registered.
Workshops are offered primarily for the Northwest Ohio foster, adoptive, and kinship providers. Training attendees outside the Ohio Child Welfare system will be admitted on a space available basis and will be notified one week prior to training if space is available.
Please remember to call the Training Update Line at (419) 213-3375, prior to attending any workshops at the Northwest Ohio Training Center. You need to be aware if your workshop has been cancelled or rescheduled.
Cancellations:If you are unable to attend a training you registered for, please notify Miriam Lewis immediately by phone at (419) 213-3505. Someone else may be able to use your space.
The 15-Minute Rule is a standard held by each Regional Training Center in Ohio that requires participants to miss no more than 15 minutes of a workshop, whether one day or multiple days, to receive a certificate. So, please be on time; it's a matter of courtesy to our trainers and the group.
All trainings are located at the Lucas County Conference and Learning Center (CLC), 711 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. This is adjacent to our agency. |
