ITNAs (Individual Training Needs Assessment)

Have you completed your ITNA? The truth is, we can't meet your learning needs if we don't know them! To familiarize yourself with the process if you're a caseworker or supervisor, visit the ITNA/IDP Homepage. Publicly-licensed caregivers have the option of completing an Online Caregiver ITNA. Interested in seeing more than individual results? Contact SWORTC to discuss your agency's ITNA progress and findings.

Mandated Training Requirements by Population

Make sure you understand the amount and types of training you are legally required to attend to stay in compliance. Visit the OCWTP's Training Requirements page to view training mandates for caseworkers, supervisors, assessors, and caregivers.

Need to print off training certificates for board certification? E-Track allows you to do all of these things and more! Learn to use E-Track by visiting the E-Track Help Center and select "Quick Start Guides" from the left-side menu. If you're already up to speed, simply log in and get started!
