Welcome to WORTC!

The Western Ohio Regional Training Center (WORTC) proudly serves the counties of
Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami,
Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby. WORTC's offices and training site are located in
Beavercreek, Ohio.

As part of the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP), WORTC is committed to high
quality, culturally responsive, family-centered, job related training for child welfare staff
in its thirteen-county region.

In cooperation with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), the Public Children Services Association of Ohio (PCSAO), and the Institute for Human Services (IHS), WORTC's staff has provided competency-based training since 1986.
