Welcome to CORTC!

The Central Ohio Regional Training Center (CORTC) is housed at Franklin County Children Services Board in Columbus, Ohio. Part of the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, the CORTC is committed to providing high quality, culturally-responsive, family-centered, job-related training for child welfare staff in the region's thirteen counties: Crawford, Richland, Marion, Morrow, Knox, Union, Delaware, Licking, Franklin, Madison, Fairfield, Pickaway, and Fayette.

In cooperation with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, the Public Children Services Association of Ohio, and the Institute for Human Services, the staff of the CORTC has provided competency-based training since 1986. Please review our current staff and foster parent training calendars and complete an online training registration form.
