Welcome to ECORTC!

The East Central Ohio Regional Training Center (ECORTC) is housed
at Guernsey County Children Services in Cambridge, Ohio. Part of
the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, the ECORTC is committed
to providing high quality culturally-responsive, family- centered, job
-related training for child welfare staff and foster parents in the ten
counties served by the region.

The ECORTC proudly services child welfare staff and foster
caregivers in the counties of Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey,
Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble, and Tuscarawas.

In cooperation with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), the Public Children Services Association of Ohio (PCSAO), and the Institute for Human Services (IHS), the staff of ECORTC has provided competency-based training since 1986.
