The Southeast Ohio Regional Training Center
(SEORTC) is hosted by Athens County Children
Services at 2099 East State Street, Suite A,
Athens, Ohio 45701. As part of the Ohio Child
Welfare Training Program (OCWTP), the SEORTC is
committed to providing high quality, culturally-
responsive, family-centered, job-related training for
child welfare staff and foster parents in Ohio's thirteen

The SEORTC serves child welfare staff and foster
parents in Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence,
Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Vinton, and
Washington Counties.
In cooperation with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), the Public Children Services Association of Ohio (PCSAO), and the Ohio's University Consortium for Child and Adult Services (OUCCAS), SEORTC's staff has provided competency-based training since 1986.
